We’re looking for a proven leader to take ownership of our Calgary branch. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, grow, and perform role. Calgary is an underdeveloped market for us with significant upside. We need someone who can step in, take control, and turn it into a strong, profitable operation. The Branch Manager is accountable for the overall success of the branch, including financial performance, operational execution, customer relationships, and team leadership. You will ensure construction and service work is delivered safely, professionally, and profitably while developing strong client partnerships and building a capable and accountable team. Success in this role is measured by financial performance, customer satisfaction, team engagement, and disciplined business operations.

- Qualifications & Experience
- CET Technologist or Journeyman certificate in HVAC, Controls, or related trade
- 5+ years of industry experience in HVAC, controls, or mechanical services
- Proven leadership experience in construction, service, or operations
- Strong understanding of project delivery and field operations
- Demonstrated business acumen (profitability, margins, risk, forecasting)
- Experience building customer relationships and developing work
- Ability to make decisions, take ownership, and drive results
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Work Location & Hours
- In person at our Calgary office
- Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. (Flexible)
- Overtime, Out-of-Town and Weekend Work may be required
